I waited over a year to publish a comment so that I can really see how it worked and showed (as opposed to post a comment 4 hours out of the box). This TCL L32HDF11TA is a GREAT TV! The picture is very clear … and there is no difference between the picture quality of this TV and our other in the living room TV (Philips 47 in). The sound quality is also great … becomes very strong. Yes, it does not show in 1080p like the other reviews mentioned, but come on, look at the price. It TCL L32HDF11TA a great addition to an extra room, bedroom or TV room. But if you are in the details, then I recommend buying a more expensive TV-known brands.

The only drawback is that the cable does not have a remote code to control the TV. But after reading other reviews that the purchase of Sony Remote Control RMVZ320 Up to 7 compatible video components (Black) [...]

Purchased the LG 55LW5600 just before Christmas 2011. The first one that was delivered was badly out of the box. The cardboard and polystyrene supports it were unhurt, but the point at the bottom right of the TV was missing, but was not found in the box. I suspect that the TV was damaged in the factory before being packed and shipped. It LG 55LW5600 was very disappointing to say the least.

Picked up the phone and called Amazon and told them that the TV had a problem and without even asking me to describe the problem that a replacement program to be delivered to me as soon as possible. That was Wednesday, December 14th and I was told by the representative of the Amazon that LG 55LW5600 would take about a week to get replacement delivered. To my great joy the agents called the next Saturday and asked if I would like for the TV to be delivered that day, the only caveat is that there would be no shipper provided the setup – I do not need help in a configuration that led TV from the early afternoon on Saturday and picked up the defective unit.

I had the TV for about 2 weeks and I am absolutely thrilled with the LG 55LW5600. I’ve been using Amazon Prime just as Netflix videos using the built-LG Internet. I am happy with both Amazon Prime and Netflix, I could not be happier with the LG 55LW5600 TV. The blacks are inky blacks and bright images are impressive.

Have not tried the 3D functionality is still much, but that’s not why I bought this LG 55LW5600. Even without the 3D features of LG 55LW5600 TV is an incredible bargain at its price. We sit relatively close to the TV (about 9-10 meters) and the experience is quite impressive.

I recommend LG 55LW5600 TV a lot and am considering replacing an old 60 “Hitachi with 65″ LG.

This LG 55LW5600 3D TV is very good. The picture was crisp and clear. The 3D did not cause headaches. Installation is extremely easy and the menus are intuitive. There is a certain delay that goes away if you configure the type A / V input so that the TV will not try to make an additional processing of the signal. And I have not noticed any display problem so far.

A design is strange that the LG 55LW5600 uses HDMI 1.4, Ethernet, which included the cable, but it still requires a separate Ethernet or wireless connection to go online.

A more severe problem is that there is a laser-pointer-as a remote control for TV, but the wireless signals (such as the use of the TV) interferes with it, so that the pointer on the screen is never in sync with the movement the remote control, which makes using the buttons to click on the onscreen keyboard a chore. Using the arrow keys to type is also slow. I gave up after 2 minutes it took to type “children” box on the TV app YouTube search. It took only 1 minute to connect your computer to your TV to watch YouTube. So, the TV intelligently (for example, programs such as smart phone) is basically useless and I recommend connecting a computer and using a wireless mouse and keyboard instead.

This is the first review I’ve ever had on Amazon, but I thought he deserved the TV. For 2 weeks, I searched for guided play TV that had to be between 38 and 42 inches wide. The sole purpose of t.v. was for our playroom for PS3, XBOX 360 Kinect and watch movies for children. I physically traveled to many, if not all, big-box stores in my area so I could see what the picture was going to look like and compare prices from Amazon. Picture, LED, refresh rate, HDMI ports and prices were more important to me. In store and on Amazon, I finally narrowed my choice between the LG and Samsung. I could not justify spending the extra money on the Samsung so I chose the LG 42LV4400 and the best deal by far economically Amazon. I also asked one of the big box stores to pay the price that Amazon had and told me they do not match. I bought the LG 42LV4400 for $ 499, but also published at the new price of $ 529, the price is still much better than what you can get to a store. Before receiving the LG, I was a bit ‘nervous because of the somewhat negative reviews by some people on Amazon. Do not be scared. The LG shipped quickly. I put it on the wall and easily connect the Direct TV, PS3 and XBOX. I am impressed with the image and the look. We like. Children love it. For the game room we upgraded from a Dynex 32 “LCD LG 42″ so it did not take much to impress me or our kids.

PROS – basically everything.

CONS – If this is your Family Room, Living Room TV or read you want to buy a sound bar or something similar. The sound is not as terrible as it is. We did not have a bar of sound because the sound is plenty for our needs. It ‘very strong enough, but could use more bass. Sometimes we need to change the brightness when you switch from PS3 to the Xbox and vice versa, but not a big deal at all.

I left my TV last June when the monthly rate of $ 85 hit of his departure for $ 40 about two years ago. Since then, I was on my existing large film / TV DVD collection. The depth of programming available is almost bewildering, but in a good way. You must try Roku 2 XS. One thing I like about LT is that the Roku 2 XS is NOT the remote line of sight. No need to hold it over your head and point at the box ROKU small to make it work. You can keep behind his back, and Roku 2 XS works great. VERY nice!

Have not tried the Angry Birds included yet, but I see a lot of fun ahead as I explore the possibility of Roku 2 XS small, but huge device!

This Roku 2 XS was a very easy to use. I connected via HDMI and is connected to my home network wirelessly, easily. I then had to go back to the computer and enter an activation link, set up an account ROKU, and enter credit card information (do not bother me) and then I was off and running. Downloaded a software update for a few minutes early, but 15 minutes to connect the voice within, I was watching a movie Netflix.

Yeah roku asks for a credit card or debit card. Which is used only if ordered by a pay channel. They also let you enter a code if you want, so if you go to a pay channel you have to put in the code. So that stops the errors from happening and get a bill for something that did not.

You can also add private channels for even more content. Some are free some are paid. Just check a search engine for “private channels roku”

Overall I’m very impressed. And I recommend Roku 2 XS to anyone.

I do not buy Sony BDP BX38 through Amazon.com, but I did research here before purchasing. I also checked the chat feature with Sony on their website to get some information that I could not find on any other site in the reviews.
This device is the Sony BDP BX38. It is sold primarily through retail outlets belonging only. It ‘s almost identical to the Sony BDP BX38. Both devices have the same user manual that shows both devices on the cover. Via PDF sent to me directly from Sony I learned the differences are as follows: The Sony BDP BX38 comes with an HDMI cable;
BIVL: Live Stream, Entertainment Browser database (Gracenote, etc.);
Flag bit rate for streaming;
3D: BD-ROM and streaming 3D video camera.
Neither has a built-in WiFi but can have through a Wi-Fi adapter SONY added to one of two USB ports.
Both have exactly the same remote control.
Armed with this knowledge I read the reviews of both devices before deciding on the Sony BDP BX38 was the one for me.
I decided this based on the fact that if I set up a WiFi network N wireless router in my home is parked on the same shelf and directly behind the Blu-Ray to an Ethernet cable is an easy solution to that safe for me and not I have to pay for a feature that I never used.
I had a horrible Samsung Blu-Ray, I tried to go to work for almost a year before taking a sledgehammer to the thing for a certain enjoyment of the first pieces to recycle e-waste collection center in my area . Configure the Sony was much less of a headache than the Samsung. Although Sony BDP BX38 has updated in less than 5 minutes compared to hours of being locked out of my Samsung. It ‘played my collectors edition 3-disc Blu-Ray Avatar without a hiccup than an hour of it or will not play with the Samsung. I only wish I’d discovered this before and given up or Samsung soon! Oh, and Sony has a cool application for Android devices and Apple that replaces the remote control. For those who do not like the menu will not flashy Sony and clumsy text entry application I highly recommend the phone if you have a phone that supports it. If I ever grow up to hate or dislike the Sony Blu-Ray player I will update this review. In the meantime, I like Sony BDP BX38!

Update: July 24, 2011 – now I have tried streaming Neflix Time Warner Cable. We have internet access via broadband cable but do not pay for high-speed add-on package. With the wired connection from my router to my Blu-Ray’s films are perfect, without tearing or pixelation. They are less satisfied with the choice, but that’s another review altogether! The Sony BDP BX38 does its job perfectly.

Just received from my Sony.com. Follow the quick guide and activate the Netflix Internet via a cable. Major works (My internet service is 12 MB ​​and I usually have 2 streaming Netflix movies at the same time). The Sony BDP S370 player is very responsive and fast.

Youtube video is excellent and will be played continuously the contents of your search. However, the sound of each song is different song so that you will have a few songs too loud, others too little. So, if Sony can improve, an automatic volume control would be great, or at least control the volume of the BDP S370 so that the volume can be controlled. My sound system Logitech is an old way so they do not have a remote control so I have to turn the volume up and down too many times for youtube.

I purchased the Sony BDP S370 about 6 months ago and had no problems with BDP S370.
Found the picture quality and sound quality.
One of the main reasons I watched BDP S370 player was the SACD and the cost of purchasing a stand-alone SACD player was going to cost about 1250-1500 Australian dollars for the unit.
Now you might wonder how a player in BDP S370 price range can compete against a stand-alone SACD player, I do not know, but my ears tell me the sound quality is excellent.
Audiophiles would reel back in horror at that comment.
The problem I have is with almost all equipment purchased now needs a HDMI cable to do is peak, so why not start providing this and overcome the AV cables in the box.
PS listening to an SACD is like the first time since then seen a DVD and a Blu-Ray.

Set up for Sony BDP S370 was painless. For the money it was a great opportunity and one that I paid less than I expected honestly. I was pleasantly surprised to see a lot more than I expected. YouTube, Netflix, Hulu plus a host of other web content accessible all done painlessly. Their menu leaves something Netflix ‘to be desired. You can rate movies directly from the menu, which is less light, but the ability to do more for BDP S370. The search for Youtube leaves something ‘to be desired as well, but if I’m writing from 20 entries letter with my remote I better go to my computer anyway. With YouTube, if you have set channels you subscribe to or playlist is very easy to navigate. Initially, the remote and menus are a bit ‘daunting, there Sony BDP S370 are some choices for the buttons to press, trying to get where you want to go. But after a minute everything is intuitive and the select button are the same or at least logic by various means have access to (Options, delete, submenus, etc. etc.). I have not got to play with the inputs of various media, USB, etc., the player, yet. Once I crack open ones I’m pretty sure I’ll find a whole new world of options to toy around with. If you are able to browse Amazon to leave comments and read you should be able to access all the things that Sony BDP S370 Blu-ray has to offer. It ‘a great player, I am very happy with my purchase. I had Sony products in the past and have always been happy with their longevity so do not imagine that this will be a big problem with Sony BDP S370 player.

I do not understand why some people have problems with Sony BDP BX57 streaming player.
Really you can not stream movie if you stream from 1.5 Mbps to 5 … up to 12 Mbps
I had no problems installing the WiFi is and I am a woman of 56 years.
Reading the instructions helps.
Take time to set the Sony BDP BX57 properly and be happy.

I bought Sony BDP BX57 Blu-ray specifically for networking so that I can see Netflix on your TV. The hook-up was painless and the player was flawless Sony Blu-Ray and DVD. The network was just as painless to set up and the menu is presented with choices that I was not interested in. But Netflix was right there. Unfortunately, when I tried to view any Netflix movies, I had a kind “is not available yet only” message. I got onto the Sony website and follow the instructions. It was not until I called the number that Sony Canada I was right. It ‘was because Sony BDP BX57 player has not yet been activated by them until the end of the month. Since then, I was able to view all of my Netflix movies faultessly. It ‘better than the display on my PC, as there is no delay on the Sony Blu-ray, but on my PC there is often long pauses when loading during the movie. This does not happen with the Blu-ray. I am completely satisfied with my purchase.

After reading the reviews Sony BDP BX57 and other online vendors, I decided to buy the Sony bx57 subject. Much of the negativity came from the wireless setup process and a certain amount of time delay when you use Internet applications on the Sony BDP BX57. I wanted a player that used the service, Amazon Video First and this Sony BDP BX57 is compatible with the service. I am in no way a technical wizard, but I am comfortable with new technologies and installation. From out of the box to watch my first video was downloaded less than 30 minutes. The interface Sony was somehow familiar to me because it resembles the PlayStation 3. It begins in the Easy Setup menu, you have made your selection preferences, just enter your password and wireless! I found it to be simple and intuitive. My wife and I have no problem navigating the menu screens with the included remote, even if I’m going to buy a universal remote control to reduce desk clutter. Load the BluRay is very fast, and having an active Internet connection for the Sony BDP BX57 player gives you access to additional features. I purchased my Sam Club for $ 109 plus tax.
